Additional Informaion
- A $110.00 cleaning fee will be charged plus a $35 processing fee
- An extra fee will be added if condo is left excessively dirty.
- A sales and tourism tax of 12% will be charged to the total rental fee
- No smoking, pets, or sub leasing
- Maximum of 5 (five) people per unit
